Toques & Truffes
Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the Quercy diamond: the black truffle. An exploration of the beauty of this local, ephemeral and precious delicacy in harmony with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.
Toques & Truffes is a gourmet and precious effervescence brought to life over the last 11 years by Christine Vigouroux, who is passionate about promoting the local natural and gastronomic heritage.
This year, from Saturday 18 January to Tuesday 05 March 2025, there will be more than a month's worth of epicurean and immersive experiences based around the Tuber Melanosporum (Lalbenque's famous black truffle).
To bring this event to life, the Vigouroux family will be showcasing the Malbec art of living in two emblematic venues: the Château de Haute-Serre, whose winemaking table has been selected for the Michelin Guide, and the Château de Mercuès, Relais & Châteaux, a 4-star hotel with a Michelin key and Michelin-starred restaurant.
