Cooking class in Cahors
For one morning, you'll be immersed in the world of our Chef. Playful and convivial, it's the passion for cooking and creativity that punctuate these sessions of sharing and transmission.\nThis morning will be closed by the tasting of the dishes prepared accompanied by wines from the Château.\n1/2 day program:\n- Welcome coffee- Cooking lesson with the Chef- Tasting of the dishes prepared accompanied by the discovery of 2 wines from the estate.\n- Visit of the estate and cellars.

Cahors winery visits and tasting
Free tasting of Cahors wines from the winery.
From 10:30am to 11:30am and from 2:30pm from 5:30pm.
Booking is required for visits.
Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Closed after on Sundays.
You can have a full visit of Château de Haute-Serre lasting 45 min :
- Welcome in the vineyard, presentation of the origin of the vineyard, grape varieties and the characteristics of the terroir at Haute-Serre
- Visit of the cellar, following the different stages in the crafting of a great wine: vinification chai, maturing in tuns and barrels, bottling.
- Tasting of wines from the winery.
Discover wine tasting in a friendly atmosphere
In the very heart of Château de Haute-Serre vineyard and chais, we hold a great initiation to tasting. Whatever your existing knowledge is, alone, as a couple or with a few friends, these tasting workshops given by wine specialists are for you to learn how to approach and taste a wine.
“Old Vintage” next tasting workshop on Tuesday, June 18th from 6pm to 8pm.
Program:
- visit of the vineyard and the stone cella
- sensory analysis and several amazing experiences will teach you the different flavors and aromas of wine
- the tasting of 5 wines.
Walking or cycling tour
Enjoy a stroll through the estate's vineyards by following our orientation trail.
On foot or by bike, discover the nooks and crannies of Château de Haute-Serre and finish with a tasting of the estate's wines.
